At VELVORA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty:
- Personal care products
- Items showing signs of use
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item is faulty.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping costs or provide an appropriate solution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
