Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

From time to time, VELVORA may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email (where available).

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfilment centres.

As a result, you may receive your items on different days.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment where available.

VELVORA is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your details before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.


Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
